If you are not completely satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You must contact our support team directly to initiate the refund process.
- The request must be for a standard subscription plan purchased through our official channels.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your account email address and the date of purchase in your message.
- Indicate that you would like to request a refund under our 30-day guarantee.
- Our team will verify your account and process the refund within 3 to 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement after we process it. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the equivalent CAD value at the time of the refund.
After the 30-Day Period
Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. While we are not obligated to issue refunds after 30 days, we may offer partial refunds or service credits in cases of extended service interruptions or other exceptional circumstances. Account Termination Upon Refund
Once a refund is issued, your IPTV subscription will be deactivated and your login credentials will no longer work. If you wish to use our service again in the future, you will need to purchase a new subscription.
Exceptions
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions that were explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase without exceptional circumstances.
