By accessing or using the Canada IPTV website (canadaiptv.tv) and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
2. Service Description
Canada IPTV provides Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming technology that enables subscribers to access live television channels, video on demand content, and electronic program guide data over the internet. Our service is delivered through third-party IPTV player applications on compatible devices. The availability, quality, and content of streams may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to and use our services. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Account and Credentials
Upon subscribing, you will receive unique login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your credentials to any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Subscription and Payment
All subscription plans are prepaid for the selected duration (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change. Changes to pricing will not affect active subscriptions. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will need to manually renew your subscription before or after it expires.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast content accessed through our service; use the service for any commercial purpose without express written permission; attempt to circumvent or disable any security features; use automated tools to access or scrape content; or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.
7. Content and Availability
Canada IPTV does not host or create the content available through its service. We provide the technology to access IPTV streams. Channel availability, content, and quality may vary and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or content at any given time.
8. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Canada IPTV provides access to streaming technology and does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content accessed through the service.
9. Service Interruptions
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, server issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of planned maintenance. No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary service interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canada IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms. Upon termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team, subject to the terms of our refund policy.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
